These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of FileGB (the "Service"), operated by FileGB ("we", "us"). By uploading, downloading or otherwise using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. The Service
The Service lets you upload files, store them and share them via links. Guests may upload without an account within the limits shown on the homepage; registered and Premium users receive higher limits and additional features as described on the Premium page. We may change features and limits at any time.
2. Your account
- You must be at least 16 years old (or the age of digital consent in your country) to create an account.
- You are responsible for keeping your login details secure and for all activity under your account.
- You must provide accurate information and keep your e-mail address up to date.
3. Your content
You keep all rights to the files you upload. You grant us only the limited permission needed to store, copy and deliver your files to you and to the people you share them with. You confirm that you own, or have permission to share, everything you upload.
4. Prohibited content and use
You may not use the Service to upload, store or share:
- material that infringes copyright, trademarks or other rights of others;
- child sexual abuse material — we report it to the authorities and cooperate fully;
- pornography, sexual or extremely violent content, or content promoting terrorism or hate;
- malware, viruses, phishing pages or anything designed to harm devices or steal data;
- personal data of others shared without their consent;
- anything illegal under applicable law or in the user's own country.
You also may not abuse the Service, for example by automated mass uploading or downloading, circumventing limits, or using it as a content-delivery network for other websites.
5. Copyright complaints
We respond to valid copyright notices and remove infringing files. See our DMCA / Copyright policy. Accounts of repeat infringers are terminated.
6. File retention and removal
Files may be deleted automatically after a period without downloads, depending on the account type (see the Premium page). We may remove any file or suspend any account that breaks these Terms, with or without notice. The Service is not a backup: keep your own copies of important files.
7. Premium and payments
Premium plans give access for the period purchased. Payments are processed by third-party payment providers. Unless required by law, payments are non-refundable once the Premium period has started. Accounts closed for breaking these Terms are not refunded.
8. Disclaimer and liability
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for lost files, lost data, lost profits or indirect damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service.
9. Changes
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be announced on the site; continued use after changes means you accept them.
